Lancer Football Summer Camps

This camp will assist in the development of fundamental skills associated with football. There is a special strength and conditioning component that will test areas such as speed, vertical jumps and strength. There is also an introduction to proper weight training. Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt , 2 free Lancer home game tickets and swim during their camp.

Dates:  July 2 - July 5 (4 Day Camp)
Cost: Earlybird Price - $125 - If registered on or before June 1st
Registered After June 1st $140
Ages:  7-14
Camp Time:  9:00am - 3:30pm

Lancer Elementary School Football Camp
(Non Contact Camp – no equipment necessary)

Camp Details:

• Every Camper will learn the fundamental playing ALL positions on the Football Field
• Early Drop off from 7:30-8:30am and Late Pick up from 4:00pm until 5:30pm for and additional $10 fee per day.
• Players will be broken into age/skill appropriate sections
• Every player will receive a camp t-shirt, and a Lancer to pass to a home Lancer Football game
• Coaches will be Lancer Football Coaches and Players
• There will be appearances by guest coaches and players throughout the week
• Supervised lunch period – no lunch provided - option to purchase the meal plan
• Proper footwear (cleats) and athletic attire is necessary ie. Shorts and t-shirts

Sample Day of Camp:

9:00am – 9:15am – Warm Up Drills
9:15am – 9:30am – 40Yd Dash Times
9:30am - 10:30am – Offensive Skills and Drills
10:30am – 11:30am – Defensive Skills and Drills
11:30am – 12:30pm – Lunch Break with some Video footage
12:30pm – 1:30pm – Competitive games (Relays) Ball handling, Passing and Receiving
1:30pm – 2:30pm – Offensive Skills and Drills
2:30pm – 3:30pm – Defensive Skills and Drills
