Services Provided

The University of Windsor will work with industry and assist in developing agreements and projects that are mutually beneficial for all parties.  Intellectual property will be discussed and determined on an individual basis and will be set out in the research agreement.      

All intellectual property developed at the University of Windsor will have a right for the University of Windsor to use such information for non-commercial research and educational purposes.

The Office of Research Services provides assistance with:

• Matching researchers with companies/industrial partners
• Providing companies with testing and equipment capabilities 
• Preparing agreements and other documentation
• Commercialization and intellectual property exploitation 
• Information for dealing with governmental and other agencies

The Office of Research Services is focused on providing the necessary services to industry in order to establish and continue mutually beneficial relationships between industry and the University of Windsor.
