Construction is now complete on the largest physical transformation to the Business School since the Odette Building opened in 1991. The Odette School of Business has expanded into the south wing of the building -- a space that was previously occupied by the University bookstore -- in time for the beginning of the fall 2013 semester and, in doing so, has grown by approximately 20,000 square feet.
Business students, staff and faculty participated in the renovation planning and design which will include the following amenities:

Windsor architect firm Architecttura Inc. designed and coordinated the Odette south wing renovation project.
Elmara Construction, a local contractor, was the general contractor for this project. Elmara has a long history of working with the University, including renovating space in the Business building that is now the MBA Corporate Centre.
Odette Family Donation
This project has been made possible thanks to the generosity of the LL Odette and the EG Odette families who donated $3 million towards expansion of the School.
Allan Conway, dean of the Odette School of Business, said, “This donation will allow the Odette School of Business to strengthen our students’ leadership development even more and, partly as a consequence, to increase our regional, national, and international impact.”
