To start your degree off on the right foot, it’s important to be sure all the “small stuff” is taken care of early. That way, when you join us in the fall, all you have to do is be ready and excited to learn...

New business students should register in the following courses (organized depending on your program of study)...

Elective classes are YOUR CHOICE. Be sure to select courses you are interested in and be sure to register early. They tend to fill up fast.

Tips to selecting your elective classes:

Your Welcome Pack includes a white stapled sheet of year one course offerings. This is “the Timetable” and a list of all available courses by Faculty, then by course. Alternatively, you can click here to view the complete fall 2012 timetable of year one course offerings.

Please note that only ONE of your required classes for your first term is administered by the faculty of business. Both Math for Business and Micro Economics fall under the faculty of science. Therefore, these will be listed in that section on the timetable.

WARNING: Some courses are only available to students in certain programs. If you are unable to register into an elective choice and receive an “ineligible” notice, please select another elective. If you are unable to register because the course is full, please put your name on the waiting list or select another section.

Please take the time to follow every stage of the process to ensure you begin your university career on the right foot. TIP: If two desired courses are offered at the same time, it is likely that you can adjust your schedule by selecting another section of the course. You do not have to choose electives to fit between your required classes – ADJUST YOUR SCHEDULE to accommodate your desired selections.
