Faculty Concerts

The Faculty Concerts feature professional musicians — faculty and guests — in concert, at acoustically excellent, intimate venues. Tickets $15 Adults; $5 Students.

Ensemble Concerts

Ensemble Concerts feature performances by our student ensembles. Featured University of Windsor ensembles include: Chamber Choir, Jazz Combo, Jazz Ensemble, New Music Workshop, Percussion Ensemble, University Singers, Wind Ensemble and speical showcase concerts. Tickets $10 Adults; $5 Students.  

Take 4 series schedule Come to the Music building and enjoy FREE performances and musical presentations by our faculty, special guests and students in the school’s intimate Recital Hall.  

Student Third Year and Graduation Recitals This spring, third year and graduating Music students will perform a total of 16 solo recitals at a variety of venues around Windsor.  

Noiseborder Ensemble

The Noiseborder Ensemble creates and performs multimedia works featuring a combination of acoustic and electronic instruments as well as live processing and mixing of sound and video. Based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, the group has presented more than twenty original multimedia pieces since its inception in 2008. Members include Sigi Torinus (video, visual design), Trevor Pittman (clarinets, composition), Nicholas Papador (percussion, composition), Chris McNamara (video, sound design), Megumi Masaki (keyboards), Brent Lee (saxophones, composition, sound design. The Noiseborder Ensemble also works on an ongoing basis with collaborating artists nationally and internationally. Currently, the ensemble is preparing for a recording of Subatomic Time in April 2012 as well as a series of performances of Master Control in 2013.
