Kalajdzic on commercial funding of class actions

Prof. Jasminka Kalajdzic was interviewed in the Globe and Mail about one of the biggest and most controversial trends in civil litigation, the commercial funding of class actions. 

A paper she co-authored on the topic was recently posted on SSRN and was cited in the Globe and Mail as well as in the National Post last week.  Prof. Kalajdzic will be presenting her paper at the upcoming International Legal Ethics V Conference in Banff, Alberta.
