The Canada-United States Law Institute administers the Niagara International Moot Court Competition, an international law moot court competition that draws fifteen to thirty teams from law schools in Canada and the United States. Participating teams address a hypothetical dispute affecting the bi-lateral relationship between Canada and the United States before the International Court of Justice.
Note: Students who wish to participate in the Niagara Law Moot should be aware that successful completion of the Public International Law course (08 98 857) is a pre-requisite.
