Employee Relations

Employee Relations strives towards building positive relations with employees and employee groups at the University of Windsor. Its primary goal is to encourage, develop and foster a positive work environment at the University.

In order to achieve this goal, the Employee Relations team provides a wide range of specialized expertise and support to the University Community in the areas of:

  • Collective bargaining
  • Collective Agreement administration and interpretation
  • Employment related policies interpretation
  • Grievance administration
  • Discipline advice
  • Attendance management
  • Performance improvement
  • Employment related policy development and administration
  • Conflict resolution

Please note that faculty relations is the responsibility of the Office of the Provost and Vice-president Academic
