The head coach will guide the program in a manner which is consistent with the values of the University of Windsor and will create an environment conducive to the development of student-athletes. The women&rsquo;s soccer varsity team competes amongst 18 other universities in the Ontario University Athletics conference (OUA).</p> <fieldset class="fieldgroup group-qualifications"><legend>Qualifications</legend><div class="field field-type-text field-field-essential-qualifications"> <div class="field-label">Essential Qualifications:&nbsp;</div> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <p>The successful candidate will possess:</p> <p>&bull; An undergraduate Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience to coaching</p> <p>&bull; Minimum Coaching Certification (NCCP) &ldquo;Introduction to Competition&rdquo; or &ldquo;Train to Compete&rdquo;. Provincial B License (complete or in progress) would be considered an asset&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Minimum of three years coaching experience at an elite level with demonstrated leadership skills&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community</p> <p>&bull; Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and work well with supervisors, departmental colleagues, and other employees of the university</p> </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-text field-field-preferred-qualifications"> <div class="field-label">Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</div> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <p>&bull; Understanding of University of Windsor admissions processes and academic programming for recruiting purposes</p> </div> </div> </div> </fieldset>
