Event Sponsorship Request from GSS

GSS tries to contribute to various events organized by different clubs and societies all around the campus. Please note, these events mostly have to be for Graduate students. To request a contribution from GSS for your event, we request you to follow the following deadlines and fill up the form below:

  • Fall Events: Please apply by July 10 of the same calendar year.
  • Winter Events: Please apply by November 10 of the previous calendar year.
  • Summer Events: Please apply by March 10 of the same calendar year.

Please note, all funding requests are discussed and decided in GSS council. Any decision made by the council is final and can not be reconsidered or challenged. If you do not meet the deadlines, your funding request would not be considered. Please email the form and supporting documents in one single package (.pdf or .doc) to sgpsea@uwindsor.ca
