PLEASE NOTE: When voting online, after logging on with your student identification number and password, after selecting the nominee that you want to vote for, click on the button "Save My Vote For This Position" and then click on "Continue to Confirm your Selections" to proceed for casting the vote. If you don't click on save button as mentioned above, then your vote has not been saved and a null vote have been reported. If you are one of the students who have not clicked on the button "Save My Vote For This Position" before casting your vote, you will still be able to go back online and redo your vote but make sure to click on the button, "Save My Vote For This Position" before casting your vote.
HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU VOTED NULL OR YOUR VOTE IS NOT CAST?: Soon after you have voted following the above procedure, you should receive an email confirmation from University of Windsor IT service congratulating you and showing you the positions and candidates you have voted for. If you have not received any such mail or received a mail with empty positions or name, it indicates your vote have not been cast or it is a NULL vote.
