Announcement of GLIER Graduate Students Awarded Scholarships

GLIER is pleased to announce the winners of the most recent round of scholarship opportunities for their Graduate Students.  

The Alex S. Davidson Great Lakes Stewardship Award was granted to Lida Nguyen-Dang for her work "Behavioural transcriptomics of invasive traits during the invasion process" which is an issue tied to Great Lakes Research.

The Great Lakes Institute for Environmental Research (GLIER) Research Award was granted to Danielle VanMensel based on a meritorious publication record.

The Windsor Family Credit Union (WFCU) Environmental Science Scholarship was granted to Mitchel Dender on basis of merit to a MSc candidate.

GLIER and the GLIER Graduate Council would like to thank all applicants of these scholarship opportunities.
