  • The study of power: who holds it, how it is exercised and how our lives are influenced by politicians, bureaucrats and other politically important institutions and individuals
  • Analyzes political, economic, social and environmental issues in Canada and around the world
  • Offers internships in Public Service Management to senior students as well as courses in public administration and public policy
  • Offers a unique, student-led mentor program to incoming students
  • Involves UWindsor political scientists who carry out cutting-edge research in such areas as: border studies; Canadian and international policy analysis; gender politics; conflict resolution; international political economy; media studies; Middle Eastern and Islamic politics; religion and politics; and US politics
