English Language and Literature

  • Provides the opportunity to expand and refine critical skills and cultural awareness, oral and written communication, and knowledge of critical inquiry
  • Includes courses in British, Canadian, American and world literatures in English as well as composition, rhetoric, and textual/ cultural studies

  • Provides experience in research, creative writing, digital editing and publishing, and teaching

  • Students may choose to double major in any BA Honours program
