In order to provide assistance to our new academics, the Office of Faculty Recruitment and Retention lists the three relocation vendors. The choice on which company you use is not restricted. You should choose the company with the most reasonable price and one that has a good reputation. The three listed have proven to be extremely reliable.
If there is a moving company you feel has a better price then the recommended moving companies listed above, feel free to chose that moving company as you are not obligated to chose the preferred vendors. You may choose any moving company that offers you the best rate.

Moving expenses are handled by the Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic. After you have secured a moving company, please ask the mover to send an electronic quotation to Ms. Iva Gentcheva (email@example.com, ext. 2003), Executive Assistant to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic (room 103 Assumption Hall).
