If you are a highly motivated student wishing to distinguish yourself and use your undergraduate, MSc, or PHD experience to research one of the most complex environmental challenges of the 21st century:  securing sustainable freshwater resources, then the ERASMUS program is for you.  As an ERASMUS trainee you will benefit from a unique training opportunity that involves:

  • Exposure to multidisciplinary training in environmental science focused on multiple stressors in an aquatic environment through workshops, exchanges and/or internships.
  • Networking opportunities which include industrial and governmental partners as well as international collaborators.
  • Improved academic opportunities resulting from enrolment in specialized courses and exchanges with participating institutions.
  • Breadth of training associated with the emphasis on co-supervision and potential of visiting other participating laboratories in Canada and the United States.
  • Interdisciplinary research approaches required to study multiple stressors.
  • Direct involvement in the design of your training experience.
