The purpose of the Nurse position is to provide readily accessible nursing care to students on an outpatient basis, facilitating an optimal level of wellness, to ensure a student friendly, efficient run medical office. The Incumbent will promote public health to students through workshops. The Nurse will work with physicians at Student Health Services in accordance to the standards of practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario.

The Team Leader, Technical Support Centre will oversee and coordinate the daily work of technicians in the Technical Support Centre to ensure that all TSC requests are fulfilled and supported, for educational and research objectives. The Team Leader will interpret or develop specifications, drawings, job orders, blueprints, etc. to properly direct the execution of work and provide technical guidance to technicians on equipment, designs materials, repairs, etc., that come into the Technical Support Centre.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The General Office (G.O.) Secretary provides secretarial and administrative assistance to the Faculty members, Sessional Instructors and Assistant Dean (Administration), Dean’s Office, Associate Dean’s Office and all law students. The G.O. Secretary is the initial contact for the general public with respect to services offered by the Faculty of Law (academic and clinic programs), special speakers and events.



Payroll Clerk '6' in the Budgets and Financial Services Department (up to 24 hours per week)

The Payroll Clerk assists the Payroll Department with weekly payroll runs, government remittances and other payroll functions.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

1. Assist with data validation and reconciliation for the Faculty, Staff and Student payrolls. This includes simulating the pay run to ensure accuracy of the data entered.
