Lance Fraser awarded the Governor General's Silver Medal

Lance Fraser, who received an Honours BA in political science and economics at the recent Spring convocation, was the recipient of the Governor General's Silver Medal, awarded to the student who has achieved the highest GPA among his or her graduating cohort.
Lance graduated with a grade point average of 12.7 out of a possible 13 points. In his 40 courses, he earned 29 A+'s, 10 A's, and a single A- -- an outstanding achievement. Lance also received the Board of Governors medal in Political Science.
Lance will begin the study of law in September 2010.
