MSc with Co-op Option Requirements

Students eligible to participate in the proposed Co-op education must have successfully completed at least one semester of full-time study at the Master’s level in the School of Computer Science at the University of Windsor, which includes maintaining a good-standing status and fulfilling the requirement of attending regular departmental seminars. When students start the Co-op program, they have comprehensive knowledge in fundamental areas of Computer Science. They also acquire strong skills in software programming and development, and be exposed to theories in Computer Science as well as advanced tools and techniques currently used by industry. Students entering the Co-op placement work in a company for two terms, and must remain in the M.Sc. program for at least one term afterwards.
