The Student Awards & Financial Aid Office works with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities in administering the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) for students attending the University of Windsor.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your OSAP funding, please direct your inquiry to our office. We encourage you however, to investigate the information contained within our website as well as the OSAP website first, before you contact us.
Please note that only general questions regarding OSAP policy and procedures can be answered via email. Due to privacy and verification issues, any adjustments that you wish to make to your existing OSAP applications must be made in writing to the Student Awards Office. Be sure that all correspondence is signed and dated and has your University of Windsor student identification number clearly indicated. Information regarding your OSAP assessment can not be given via email. The information relating to your OSAP assessment is available 24/7 via the OSAP website.
If you will be visiting our office, please be sure to bring with you at all times, your Social Insurance Card and government issued photo identification.
